I’m Liam, the guy who’s going to get you not just back on your feet but moving, feeling, and performing better than ever.

I graduated from the University of Brighton with a first-class honours degree in physiotherapy. From there, I practiced in NHS gaining valuable skills and experience, working my way up to senior physiotherapist, where I specialised in musculoskeletal conditions. After that, I stepped into the private sector, becoming the clinical lead and manager of the outpatient physiotherapy team at a leading private hospital.

But I wanted more – more freedom to do things my way, more impact on my clients, and more opportunity to prove that rehab isn’t just about injury recovery; it’s about unlocking potential. So, I started LRS Physiotherapy, and since I've helping athletes, gym-goers, and everyday movers go beyond just ‘pain-free’ and into peak performance, I see elite level athletes to someone how just wants to be able to climb the stairs without pain. Using a wide range of treatments technicals we will get you back pain free in no time at all.

I don’t just fix injuries—I optimise movement, rebuild strength, and make sure you come back stronger than before. My approach is personal, my results speak for themselves, and if you’re ready to level up, I’m here to make it happen.

The role of a physiotherapist is to reduce pain and help recovery from an injury.

For me it extends beyond this, my role is to help every aspect of a persons recovery; to improve movement, mobility and mindset.

Whether it’s returning to high level sport or walking up the stairs my motivation and aim is to get you back doing the things you love more effectively than before and with no pain.
